Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly:

• When you buy a plan: your name, email address, the plan and add-ons you chose, and your website URL.
• When you share access after purchase: your platform and hosting provider, and for your site admin and (optionally) your Cloudflare account, either confirmation that you invited us as an administrator or the login you choose to share (login URL, username or email, and password).
• When you book a call or contact us: your name, email address, phone number (if given), website URL, and anything you tell us.

We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, referring site, campaign parameters) through cookies and analytics tools. See our Cookie Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store your full card details. Whop shares with us what we need to fulfill your order, such as your name, email address, amount paid, and payment status. Whop's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.

Site Access and Credentials

We recommend inviting [email protected] as an administrator on your platform, hosting, and Cloudflare account so that no password is shared. If you choose to share a login instead:

• Your password is encrypted before it is stored, is never sent by email, and is only viewable by our engineers working on your project.
• We use your access only to deliver the work you purchased.
• Shared logins are deleted when your project is delivered. We recommend changing the password, or removing our administrator account, once the work is complete.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to fulfill your order, communicate with you about your project, send order confirmations and project updates, schedule calls, and improve our services. We may occasionally send performance insights; you can opt out at any time.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under confidentiality obligations, including our payment provider (Whop), scheduling (Calendly), email delivery, hosting and database providers, and analytics tools. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

We keep order and project records for as long as needed for accounting, legal, and support purposes. Shared site passwords are deleted at project delivery.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us.
