Neighbourhood Heroes runs a WooCommerce store that had accumulated a large number of plugins over time, each adding weight to page loads and creating performance conflicts.
The site was weighed down by dozens of plugins, many of which loaded scripts and styles on every page regardless of whether they were needed. This created severe performance bottlenecks and slow page loads across the entire store.
